28th Internatio­nal Summer­ Academy in Wittenberg

Here’s what you can expect:

Class time

• Placement test.
• 09 a.m. – 12.15 p.m./ 01 p.m. – 02.30 p.m. communicative language classes at different levels.
• Training of all four language skills – reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
• Lessons in pronunciation by trained specialists (4 classes/ week).
• Learning about current cultural and socio-political topics as well as the history and current reality of the area around Wittenberg.
• Work on projects & a final exam.

Field trips and free time

• 2 days of field trips and lots of free time activities.
• Good-bye party with everyone involved.
• Support and help from international volunteers and student assistants.

Requirements

• You are 17 years old or older. / Students from any field are welcome.
• The course will end with a graded presentation.

This language course does not prepare students specifically for any official language test.
