Courses in Small Groups
Online
If you’d like to work on improving your German alongside people from all over the world, register for an online class at your level and study German in small groups.
Class time
- Train all four language skills – reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
- Use your digital textbook in class and when you study on your own.
- Interact with other students to work on exercises together.
- Communicate with international participants.
- In 30 hours of active class time, advance 1/4 level.
Time for Self-Study
Please plan to spend the same amount of time for homework and review outside of class as you spend in class.
Tip
In our experience, about 100 to 240 hours of active class time are needed to reach the next language level. There are many individual factors. After you have taken a placement test, we would love to help you find the level that is right for you.
