Online
Are you planning on taking part in an exchange program in Germany or even in Halle (Saale)? Sign up for this preparatory course and learn more about life and studies at a German university, improve your German skills, and explore the place where you will be studying before the semester starts.
Here’s what you can expect:
Class time
- Placement test.
- 08 a.m. – 11.15 a.m. or 02 p.m. – 5.15 p.m. communicative language classes at different levels, focusing on topics that are especially relevant for studying at university.
- Training of all four language skills – reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
- Lessons in pronunciation by trained specialists (4 classes/ week).
- Learning about current cultural and socio-political topics as well as history and current reality of Central Germany.
- Individual advice to help you improve your learning strategies, help and support for homework.
- Work on projects and a final exam.
Time for Self-Study
Please plan to spend some time outside of class for homework and to review.
