5th International Winter Academy

Class time

• Monday to Friday 4-6 classes (45 min each).
• 08 a.m. – 11.15 a.m. (- 01 p.m.)
• Lessons in pronunciation by trained professionals, cultural studies courses.
• Train all four language skills – reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
• Use your digital textbook in class and when you study on your own.
• Interact with other students to work on exercises together.
• Communicate with international participants and German students.
• In virtual field trips, visit Berlin, Leipzig and Wittenberg.
• The course will be held on ZOOM.

Time for Self-Study

Please plan to spend some time outside of class for homework and to review.

Tip

In our experience, about 100 to 240 hours of active class time are needed to reach the next language level. There are many individual factors. After you have taken a placement test, we would love to help you find the level that is right for you.
